We currently have 3 categories of services. All of these services can be completed with clients no matter the location in which they live! We also offer split payments and the use of HCA cards.
The 5 day Intake Review & Full Medical/Nutrition Assessment

5 DAY INTAKE REVIEW
This is an excellent way for me to get a head start in helping to make tweaks to improve nutrition and overall health! Client tracks food intake including at least 1 weekend day. All foods and drinks to be inputted into the Practice Better food diary or into Client's My Fitness Pal App (settings need to be public and user name given to me to friend). After reviewing all data, we will have a 60-90 minute follow-up call to discuss my recommendations after reviewing all data, as well as determine if further coaching would be beneficial. Any resources or helpful tools will be included at this time. ~Who would benefit from this service? Anyone who simply needs an another set of eyes on their current regime, another look at bloodwork plus recommendations (or labwork to ask your provider for next), or one who feels they are on the right track, but needs a few tweaks without further monitoring beyond the 5 day window. NUTRITION + FITNESS COACHING (MOST POPULAR SERVICES)
The best way to get started on your nutrition & active lifestyle journey is to have a Full Intake Review along with consecutive sessions and access to me as your Dietitian Coach & Clark as your Strength Trainer! In this 8 week package, we will include:
5-Day Intake Review: Client tracks food intake including at least 1 weekend day. All foods and drinks to be inputted into the Practice Better food diary (by type or by picture) or into Client's My Fitness Pal App (settings need to be public and user name given to me to friend) or via another means that we may customize to client.
Initial Intake Assessment including history, labs etc.
Personalized Exercise/Strength Training Plan updated and monitored weekly based on your available equipment (home/gym etc) with check-points to evaluate progress.
Weekly F/U Intake Review with custom macronutrient calculations, recommendations and modifying of intake, answering of questions, setting goals in terms of macros, lifestyle, exercise etc
Monthly Zyto Link Wellness Scan (2 total)
Access to your personal online food, exercise & lifestyle diary/journal.
Weekly office hours virtual chat for those that want to hop on and ask questions.
Chat thread access for ease of asking questions-business hours apply and when able, questions will be answered during non-traditional business hours to the best of our ability.
Easy, simple meal ideas & meal plans when deemed necessary.
Documents, resources and any supporting materials custom to the client's goals and needs.
A full, welcome binder w/goodies & tools to help you stay organized and prepared.
SERVICE 2: 12 Week "Be BUILT" Nutrition & Fitness Lifestyle Coaching When making lifestyle changes that last, it takes time...time to learn new behaviors, time to practice them-to succeed and sometimes to navigate when we fail...to pick up the pieces and hop back on the next meal or day! We are building not only strong bodies, but we are growing in mental, physical and emotional strength too! In this 12 week package, we will include: Everything in the **8 week service plus: 6 total virtual visits (more if needed at not extra charge) 3 Zyto Link scans
**The differences in service 2 & 3:
Length, 12 versus 8 weeks allowing for more adequate length of support to facilitate overall lifestyle change both nutritionally and in fitness.
The number of virtual visits 6 versus 4 visits.
The price per session is lower in the 12 week session for the longer commitment, allowing us not to have to repeat intakes etc we just move right along.
After completion of these services, we are working on longer 1 on 1 programs as requested, as well as a "VIP Stay BUILT" membership option that will be robust, but be more hands off (less personalized) but still offering times of 1-1 support, and other features so that you are never left to completely fend for yourself on your health journey, but feel at ease knowing we will continue to walk alongside you, giving you tools, updated information and a helping, caring hand knowing you are not alone!
DISCOUNTS/REFERRALS:
$25.00 off for repeat programs. Clients who move directly into a repeat or extended program will be discounted!
$25.00 for clients who refer friends or family that enroll in a program will receive this discount off their next service or package!
$15.00 off for the person referred by a current or past client!
