When learning to fuel our bodies in an effort to have sustained energy throughout the day as well as not ourselves in situations where we may not make the best food choices, most of the time, we can implement the "STRATEGIC" snack! As far as moving towards a well-rounded diet, one that aims to keep blood sugar levels stable, we should stop the majority of "grazing", "snacking" all day long, etc. And we won't have a need for snacking IF we are also paying close attention to our regular meals and meal times.
